Help! Hcg levels and symptoms

Hi! Got my bfp at home on Tuesday the 3rd and then yesterday the 4th got the hcg test at the doctor and my levels were at 177. I have no idea when I ovulated because my periods are very irregular can anyone tell me how far along I am based on the hcg level numbers? And is it normal to have cramping and peeing a lot and hungry a lot this early? I thought that was later on in pregnancy... please don’t judge me.. I’m new to this lol.
