In January I'll be seeing my long distance bf for the first time in 9 months. We have this amazing romantic holiday planned and everything. With snowboarding too.

However, mother nature was 11 days late this month and the next one is lined up to cover the WHOLE time we'll be away. I'm really disappointed as I wanted to get intimate with him and do all these adventurous things. I'm worried he'll be disappointed too. (I'm in a country where tampons are rare and the pill is very expensive...so no chance I can avoid it).

I know I need to tell him, but I don't have any experience with that. Any tips on how to tell your bf that you'll be on your period for something like that?
