Lump in breast help
breastfeeding mamas pls help...I have a lump and it hurts to the tough and is hard..I think it’s a clogged duct and would be the first in the 5 months I’ve been ebf I put heat on it for the last half hrwhile feeding my babygirl to bed and I massaged it but it’s still there...what do I do!? I do not want to end up with mastasis...help
