What do you think?? 🤔🤔🤔 Chipotle Mexican Grill

So I was listening to the radio on my way home and heard something interesting... Don't know how true it is but I wanted to hear people's thoughts on the subject.

Chipotle has started doing something new... when their employees call out sick they now send a nurse to their homes and "verify" they are truly sick!

I have mixed feelings about this. They say it's to better the company and "help" employees. What do you think about this? Over stepping on the company's part?? Or do you feel like all employers should do this??

Do you feel like this is necessary??

Edit: sorry didn't realize it was chipotle NOT Chick-fil-A (I apologize) 7 months pregnant my brain isnt firing on all cylinders. 😂 still like reading opinions.
