Flu at 31 Weeks

Has anyone ever had the flu while pregnant? Or had a small child with the flu? I’m 31 weeks 5 days going on day 5 of having the flu (confirmed nasal test) & my 19 month old also has the flu. We’re taking our medication but right now is a scary time for me. I can’t stop worrying. I’ve heard a ton of stories about pregnant women and babies dying from the flu. Can anyone share their experience and maybe some tips to get through this easier? Thanks guys.
