Is this normal in thawed breast milk??

I don’t pump a lot because my baby just started taking a bottle. I took some frozen milk out the freezer and let it sit in the fridge until it thawed out. But it looked like this after I warmed it up. Is this normal???

I believe it's normal. Woman produce two types of milk, one that is high in fat and one high in water. It looks like the fat seperated and you can still give it to baby, though I'm not entirely sure. (Still trying to get baby use to the bottle)

Yes it’s fine. Just swirl it to mix it when it’s in the bottle, it’s safe to give.

Is this from right after baby was born? Looks like colostrum and the fats separating. Swirl it all together you should be good
