Nuva ring vs IUD
Can someone give me some pros and cons of the nuva ring and IUDs? I just got off the pill because I wasn't taking it at the right time every day and I'm thinking about getting another form of birth control.
I love being off the pill, I've lost 5 pounds in the past month, and if I took it wrong I would get my period for 2 weeks.
I'm looking for something effective, and trying to stay away from use of hormones. I'm using condoms now but I still get nervous.
