What do I do ?!? 😭

I found the larger one over a year ago and tried the Salicylic Acid patches thinking it was a plantar wart, but nothing seemed to happen.

I read that it's supposed to go away on it's own cause your immune system kicks in... but now I'm finding these other little ones, so it's spreading !

Wtf is it ? Corns? Warts?

Am I supposed to go to the doctor about it? Or an aesthetician?

Any opinion or advice is appreciated
