What’s your favorite baby must have

I’m 7 weeks 5 days with my 2nd baby. There will be a 13 year difference between the two. So much has changed especially when it comes to convenience and cool gadgets and such. What are some of the things you feel like you couldn’t do without or has made life with a newborn a little easier? When it comes to registering for a baby shower and or what to purchase now all I think is diapers, wipes, onesies, and binkies And of course the car seat and such. I’m lost as to what to ask for or buy. Any suggestions are much appreciated. TIA
