Was it planned?

Does anyone else get this question about their pregnancy?! We have been asked multiple times now if our baby was planned or an “accident”! I find that kind of rude and personal!

Yes, we did purposefully conceive our baby. But even if we didn’t, whose business is that, and why would that matter?!

It’s not like we’re in some situation that a baby would be an unfortunate addition. I am 29 and healthy, been married for 2 1/2 years, we live in a decent house (not fancy, but a cute 3 bedroom), as far as anyone knows we are doing well financially. It just seems so odd to me how invasive people can be.
