Finding a nanny

Hello so im going to be a first time mom and on top of that I’m active duty military. My partner is currently stationed in another state and I’m alway used to having family close by. Im not sure about doing daycare considering 3 months after I deliver I have to go back to work . I’m leaning more towards using a nanny and of course setting up nanny cams but I don’t know any websites or anyone who had used a long term nanny before . I’m definitely nervous but if any of you mommas out there know of any websites or nanny agencies that your confident in to use please let me know . I’m not due until April so I’ve got time and I think it’s time to start doing some homework
