Help..?

I’m only 10 weeks and a few days and I feel like my bf doesnt love me anymore or that he’s being distant 😞 I talked to him about it and he swears he isn’t and he says when I say that stuff that it upsets him.... but I can’t help it 😭😭 I’ve been so needy lately and idk why. It doesnt help that he’s working 800 miles away and I won’t see him until closer to Christmas..... any other ladies been through this where you are like excessively clingy???? I just feel like he’s being distant and he isn’t 😭😭😭
