Subchorionic hemorrhaging

Anyone have any insights on subchorionic hemorrhaging? I had my 7 week ultrasound and they found subchorionic hemorrhaging. I've had many many many losses including an ectopic. This is the first time, aside from my very first pregnancy (which is now my 9 y/o son), that I've gotten to see a heartbeat. I'm terrified and trying to stay optimistic. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that can lift spirit and had a healthy pregnancy involving subchorionic hemorrhaging.
