Walking/standing?

My son is almost 11 months and has still never wanted to put any weight on his legs. I feel like most babies have that as a reflex early on and he just never did. If we try to stand him up he puts his legs straight out to sit. He kicks like crazy and rolls but no crawling or walking. Doc checked his hips and reflexes and said everything’s fine. I get every baby is different and a lot aren’t walking right now, but is it weird that he won’t even stand or refuses to put any weight on his legs? Thanks!
