Pregnant?

I just need a second opinion, I have anxiety and am probably just overthinking it. But I am taking the mini pill and have been for about a month now. My boyfriend has moved to where I am living now and we’ve been pretty sexual activity since then. We try super hard to be very safe, we still wear condoms and they have spermicide on/in them. We watch the condom every time to make sure it hasn’t broken. But lately I’ve been feeling pelvic pressure and dizziness and an upset stomach but I also have mono and just got over a UTI (love that for me). Do you think I could be pregnant? Or is this just my body being weird? I also know the pill can cause weird issues too.
