Mother in laws!?

I can’t be the only one dreading the holiday season to go around your spouses family?! I dont know how to deal with it well either so I need advice girls! So before I had my son my bfs family hated me for literally no reason. They just saw me and said oh she’s another girl she will be gone soon. Welp I got pregnant and we are still here!!! So now anytime she’s around she don’t care for me much she just tries to steal my child away from me. It’s hard for me to want to give him to someone I don’t like. But I have to for my bfs sake and his family. So I do it. But yesterday, I let her watch him while me and my bf went outside to practice gun shooting alittle. I come back and she’s just letting my child scream!!!!! He’s clearly fucking tired rubbing his eyes but she’s just trying to pass him back and forth to others making him stay awake!!!!! I was like HES TIRED OMG! She’s like I think he needs a diaper change like ok but he’s fucking sleepy that’s why he’s screaming so much. So I took him away changed his diaper and she took him back tried to rock him and he screamed the whole time so my bf took him still cried I took him held him in his favorite position and bounced alittle he literally didn’t scream once when I held him. All this shit could be avoided if you just let the mother have her own child!!!! But she hates me so much she will avoid even giving him back to me!!! I have to go grab him away!! I DO NOT want to go around his family for Christmas get together with my son!!!! What the heck would you mommas do!!? This is my first child and he is only 4 months.
