Is a 5 year old too young to decide to change her name?
So I just got married and had a baby. There are 4 proud "Emrays" in my houshold... Then there is my 5 year old daughter. She has requested to change her name too... But I'm hesitant cause shes 5 and I dont want to do it and her regret it later. Her dad is hardly in her life, he's not on her birth certificate even, and my husband is "daddy" to her which she adores him. So... Is she too young to make this decision?
