freaked out

my boyfriend and I had sex not too long ago, and i am on the pill, my first month on, previously I had been on the patch for about three months. neither of us finished, but he didn’t have protection. it wasn’t for more than five minutes, but now im late for my period and im kinda freaked out. my pills say that I start on wednesday, and i know it’s probably me overreacting, but i need a bit of reassurance that im probably okay 😅
