Planning your own baby shower?

How many of you ladies are planning your own baby shower? ( I guess, normally people throw on for you) my mother in law & I (and fiancé) have been doing everything so far especially financially. However my mom not really anything besides paying for the hall (that she hasn’t done yet) My older sister has no interested it seems besides all these expensive onesie ideas.. 🙄

My sister and I are doing planning it together, if honestly rather be involved because then I know it will be something I like.

Both sides of my family wanted to do one and it wouldn't have worked if I chose one or the other so I decided to do it myself and give duties to people to help. Tryin to keep the peace lol

I planned the shower for our son. This pregnancy I have friends who have volunteered. While I’m grateful to have the responsibility lifted I’m on edge about how things will go. Lol

I’m planning mine by myself because my mother isn’t around . My grandma raised me and she doesn’t have money or know really how to plan one and my mother in law is planning a wedding for her daughter so I would feel aweful if she had to plan another even on top of that but I’m pretty excited because I’ve never planned a party of my own before ! 😊

I’m totally planning my own. It’s the honestly the only way it will get done. My mom live south of state and my in-laws haven’t been moving on it. So guess it’s up to me and my pocket book too. My mom wants to help but there’s honestly little she can do from afar. I’m doing the prep so that everyone else can put it together for day of!
