What's safe?
I'm a thick girl and I'm currently 4wks. With my 1st, the nausea was immediate and bad. I lost 10lbs in my 1st trimester, only gained a total of 25lbs, and came home from the hospital 10 lbs lighter than my prepregnancy weight. I am currently heavier than I was before my 1st pregnancy and I'm constantly hungry! I want to stay healthy, so I was looking for some safe exercises to help keep me on track. I haven't been consistently exercising, so I dont want to do too much and possibly hurt the baby. Any suggestions?
