If my baby is head down will I be able to induce myself?

I’m not dilated at all 😫
But baby is head down in pelvic if I do some exercises on exercise ball such as swaying and bouncing and dancing can I possibly get myself in labor? I can’t walk cause it’s very cold where I live

You can't induce yourself. You can try to help get labor started but it most likely will only happen when it's time. Sorry

Nope. You can't induce yourself. You can do things to prep your body but unless its ready/babies ready...there's nothing you can do

I mean you can try as long as you’re not doing things that put baby in danger. But baby will come when they’re ready. How far along are you?
