Feeling nervous

Im currently 5 weeks pregnant and am weighing 280, I’m trying to work to not gain very much weight however I’m very nervous for future complications. Any ladies out there that have been plus size and pregnant, did you have many complications or issues with delivery? My first pregnancy I was 260 and had no complications and delivered vaginally. This time I weigh more and I’m starting to freak out a bit
