Please I need prayers

I’m 14weeks 1day pregnant and I’m scared I’m going to loose my baby. I have some type of acne appearing on both arms now and I’m scared because my mum told me it could be Rubella😭. If im diagnosed positive they will be forced to interrupt the pregnancy.Has someone had it before? I’m going to the hospital today to see my GYN. Please help me pray for God’s will to be done.🙏🏽
