Who wakes baby for a night feed around 10pm?

My 16 week old goes to bed at 7 and wakes around 10 for a feed but lately has been sleeping through and waking around midnight instead. Iv had a few people say I should wake her at 10 to feed so she skips the next feed instead. Not sure how I feel about waking a sleeping baby! 
Any suggestions??

Never wake a sleeping baby unless your doctor has specified it due to a weight concern. Let that babe sleep💕

We wake her up around 10/10:30 before we go to bed. Otherwise she’ll wake up around 12 to eat. I’d rather wake her up than her wake me up. She’ll then sleep until around 4am.

I don’t wake him up though, I feed him while he is asleep and he is happy

I only once had to wake up my 16week old when he was a little younger. But he pretty much wakes up on his own two or three times during the night to feed.
