Can pregnancy mimic a urine infection?

I’m 16 weeks and I have the urge to pee all the time! Also most the time I don’t actually need to pee it just feels like it 😒 
I feel like I have a bad UTI which I don’t.. I’m assuming this will only get worse!

I had to pee ALL THE TIME in my second trimester, and half the time there was no pee 🙄 ironically now that I’m in my third trimester I’m not peeing nearly as much, though I think that’s an exception to what is the norm lol

Sometimes I feel like I have to pee SO BAD but it was just a dribble. So annoying. It’s just how the baby is on your bladder. :) He will get bigger and move up in the next few weeks.

I feel like itshow your baby is positioned. I have one above my cervix and so I get weird cervix discomfort from them pushing on it and another right next to my bladder so I have to pee a lot right after another but then other times I’m completely fine. Baby may just be pushing on your bladder

You can sometimes feel a uti coming on before it shows up on a test at least that’s been my experience. The having to pee thing does come and go throughout your pregnancy.

Have you been to the doctors to rule out an actual UTI? And yes pregnancy can make you pee alot and feel like it especially if baby is on your bladder
