Molluscum?? Please help

I have a in home daycare. I’m 33 weeks pregnant. A little girl has molluscum and her mother tried saying oh it’s not contagious only for children it is. So I look it up and it is contagious it’s just more common in children. So I tell her that it’s possible if u have a bad immune system to get it which I do right now. She gets rude and is like you’ve been around her this whole time ? So I call my ob and they say well don’t touch her and wash your hands . So I tell her that and she is rude again like my kids lay with her and they haven’t gotten it ?? Wtf does that have to do with me. We are family through marriage so this is really awkward and uncomfortable. I’m worried about a chance of getting this and idk what to do. She pays me 700 a month and already paid me 200 of it so idk what to do.

EDIT- also should add that for December she’s the only child im watching right now.
