My son had his first fever this weekend, it was just a quick 24 hour fever. I feel like it was just a growth spurt or something since he didn’t have and cold symptoms but when we tried to give him Tylenol, he immediately threw it up. It wasn’t just a spit up bc he didn’t like the taste but a deep stomach heaving kind of throw up. We tried to just give him very small doses at a time and also tried to mix it into a purée but the same thing happened each time. His fever passed on it’s own but am wondering if this happens to anyone else’s LO’s?
