It said go to hospital?!

I’m having tightnings / contractions that I’ve timed, it’s told me to go to the hospital.... but they are not in any way painful, my belly just goes really tight and rock solid, and it feels all tense inside, but it doesn’t hurt? I don’t feel like I should go to the hospital?..... any advice?

When I went to hospital my contractions were every minute for a minute. I wouldn't go in yet

I would wait until they get closer together. Some women can have contractions that aren’t painful so don’t go or not go based on pain

Sounds like Braxton Hicks, looks like it with the timing too. They usually last every 8+ minutes, are infrequent, and have a lot of tightening. Normal contractions would be regular and closer together and sometimes cause back and leg pain too. And I’m sure they’re much more painful. 
But if you’re concerned, call you doctor.
