Because I’m stressed out

I recently became a cat mom. I have never owned a cat prior to this but have always dreamed of owning one so when the opportunity presented itself I went for it. So far she’s been home with me for a few days now. She’s a kitten so I am constantly getting up to make her a bottle and take her to the litter box. Today she peed for the first time since we’ve been home and I’ve never been so happy before but I’m home 2 dogs and herself all day. I feel overwhelmed and find myself overjoyed when she naps because that means I can nap too! Help
