Do i have the right to request for my money back if an order did not arrive by the gaurantee date *READ DESCRIPTION PLS*

So the order got shipped late so its not UPS fault (Its more like the companys fault) 
I ordered it two weeks ago ago and i paid for rush shipping for the order to arrive Tuesday the 10th of December. I still haven’t received my order! I received an email yesterday that the order just got shipped but I already went out of town so its kinda pointless now.
This company doesnt give money back when item gets returned (They give u a store credit) and I have to pay to ship it back. 
1. What are rules to not receiving ur item by the delivery date?  Are they supposed to automatically give me my money back or will the bank give me my money back ?

They should give you your money back for paying extra for shipping. I don’t think they need to give you your money back as opposed to store credit. If that’s a policy of the store, you agreed to it when you made a purchase.

The additional money paid for the rushed shipping should be returned. If the US government can return money for rushed passports that arrive late, then this company can too.

Just because you ordered expedited shipping, doesn't mean that it was expedited processing. If it's an order from something like Etsy, they have to put in the time and energy to craft your purchase and that takes time and your purchase isn't the only one they're dealing with. You can request a refund, but if it's their policy to do store credit, they're not obligated to give you a cash refund.
Personally, I'm waiting for books to ship from an independent bookseller. I placed the order on Black Friday, and am still missing two out of a dozen or so books. But because they're independent, I'm also being considerate of the fact that they have to locate my books, and order it themselves if they don't have it in stock at any location. I got free two day shipping, and the books arrive two days after they are shipped. But I didn't receive them within two days of Black Friday because the process takes time.

It’s honestly up to their company policy which should be on their website.
Personally I feel if you pay specifically for rushed shipping and it doesn’t arrive when they say it will, you should get a refund for it but some companies are real sticklers about stuff like that.

I think they should refund you the shipping and pay for return shipping in this case.. you paid extra to have it on time and not having it on time is the reason for the return... if store credit is their policy though I wouldn’t expect anything other then that.

No. I worked in shipping for a while. Just because you pay for next day shipping, it does NOT mean you will get it next day. Processing may take a few days. You paid to cut shipping tine, not processing.

You’ll have to read the terms and conditions of your order. You may find that on there it says you’re not entitled to your money back.
