GPS phone tracker for family?

Question

So my dad, step mom and her daughter are all on this gps tracker called life360. 
My dad and step mom have both mentioned me getting it but i dont HAVE to.
I'm an adult so i dont need permission to go anywhere and I wouldnt ever be questioned about it. Im just not excited about being tracked 24/7. It seems weird.
However i do see the benifits of having it, I'm moving out sometime so itll give everyone that little extra comfort that im safe too.
Thoughts on this?

I don't see it as being tracked, I see it as if you have an emergency or don't come home (if you're in trouble), at least there's a starting point where to find you.

Husband and I share location. For him it’s about knowing I’m safe if needed. He also likes to see how close I am to being home but we don’t track each other. 
I wouldn’t share with my parents or siblings.

My mom and I have it. She lives 30 minutes away, and I am 18, have a baby, and engaged, but we like to have it to make sure we are ok. I go to visit her, and she watches the app to make sure I get home safely and vice versa. We are adults, so we don't use it for tracking. Just safety

We have used ours to find my husbands phone once when it was left at a store. My husband and I are the only ones on the app. As mentioned it is nice to have a place to start in case you come up missing or are in trouble and can’t get help

I love it. My husband drives truck so I can get accident reports and he can keep an eye on if I am ever at the hospital if I'm not responding since I'm 25 weeks soon. You can also pause it at anytime so that no one can track you.

I have it and mainly used it with my family and husband while traveling alone so they could keep track of where I was. I think it’s a great tool.
