Possible MC

can someone that went through a “natural MC” please explain their story to me ..

I believe I’m having a miscarriage but I live an hour & a half away from the hospital & I really don’t want to drive in if there’s nothing they can do .. (we are in the middle of a storm)

So last week I started passing little stringy bits & had some brown spotting so I went & got an US. They said everything looked good but they didn’t have a reason for the spotting .. yesterday it felt as if it started my period (cramps) . I went to go pee & there was some bright red blood , by the time I was done peeing the pain was gone.. I had a panty liner on to monitor the blood . I didn’t bleed after & I didn’t have any cramps . I did pee one time and there was a little brown stringy piece when I wiped but no pains at all . I woke up this morning and had some bright red blood again . I had a little cramp but it went away again . The blood seems to be back to brown again .. and it’s only a little when I wipe .. I’m panicking sooo bad . I had a MMC back in September and had to take Misoprostal & it was literally the worst experience ever 😭 .. I don’t get another US until next Friday , so I’m just trying to see what other people went through before I make the call to go in early .. I remember the amount of blood/clots & cramps I went through last time , so I’m confused as to what’s happening now
