going back to the gym
i just turned 17, i’m 5’2” and i weigh 165 pounds. i went to the gym last year until May and gained all the weight (6 pounds) back. i just started today, ran 3 miles, and did a few machines. i feel so much better even after only one visit. my goal is to lose 30 pounds tho i don’t think that’s possible, but a goal none the less.
i want to work really hard for the next 3 weeks so when i go back to school i might be a lil skinnier, and i’m going to get highlights so i want a complete makeover
