I got a security system for our house and my husband is annoyed...

Ok, so I am very fortunate to have a big beautiful house that we just built in a very safe town on a private cul de sac. I am pregnant and due in May. I thought it would be a good idea to get a hone security system because well, I love to feel extra safe just in case. My husband is now annoyed I got it saying “we live in such a safe neighborhood” and also “so now I need to be worried about setting off an alarm when I come and go”... I am so aggravated that he is annoyed by me wanting to feel extra safe. I totally get we live in a safe area but I also feel like nicer houses are targets and nowhere is ever 100% safe. Do you think my husband is being obnoxious or do you think I am dumb for getting this security system?
