Dec 2018 vs Dec 2019

Danielle

I gained over 50 pounds while I was pregnant and I was determined to lose it! I have worked hard almost every day since giving birth in January to lose the weight I put on plus some.

I am currently down 82 pounds and hoping to lose around 10 more pounds which will put me back at the weight I was 6 or 7 years ago.

I have had a little help. Since I didn’t breastfeed, I did get on phentermine when I was 4 months postpartum. I tried Keto at first and did not have as much success as I was hoping to see. I kind of found a meal plan that worked for my body instead. Small little meals. Almost snacking or grazing throughout the day. Vegetables. Fruits. Yogurt. Meat for dinner. Right now my little one is in the Mac-n-cheese phase so that has been my dinner as well it seems. I do still drink 1 Venti iced coffee from Starbucks every.single.day. AND no I will not give that up. Mom fuel. Other than that I strictly drink propel or water. I live on granola bars. My go to “snack”.

I do not go to the gym or do a home based workout, but I do have a job that has me on my feet part or most of the day. Also, chasing a baby around 24/7 keeps you moving!

My next challenge for myself is toning. I have purchased some resistance bands and plan to use them along side some you-tube workout videos.

I would have never believed it, but you really can lose the weight and change your lifestyle in a year. ❤️
