Should I change her name?

My little sisters name is Lily and we were planning to name our daughter Millie but now the more I think about it the more I hear Lily. Should I change it? Is it too weird and similar? We already announced to everyone what her name was and my parents didnt have a problem with it but now it's bothering me.

I think it's fine! But if you're concerned, maybe name her Millicent, Emmeline, Amelia, or Wilhelmina and call her Millie. Or use Millie as the middle name but call her by her middle name.
