Anyone having throbbing headaches at night?? This is the second night in a row I get rlly bad headaches from 6pm till late in the night. I Dnt take anything for them (obviously) lol I’m currently 13w4d pregnant n I cnt handle this anymore I Dnt have any other symptoms besides this rn I’m gna go insane. I’m bck to being couch ridden in the evening
