This is my inventory of baby stuff at 21 weeks pregnant. What would you suggest i add?

I know i still need WAY MORE... Im not even close to being done but this is what i have as of right now. Im a single mommy, also first time mommy. So im buying a little at a time as im doing it w no help from babydaddy. What do you suggest i buy?? Or how much more should i buy of things i already have? Like what products helped you alot with your little one??

Crib with waterproof mattress, swaddles, sheets, baby bath either tub with infant sling or seat, washcloths, towels, humidifier, some type of bottle sterilizer either the microwave bag or container both are super easy to use, and a pack and play that will serve as a bassinet the ones with a changer attachment are nice but not necessary. Be careful buying a ton of newborn diapers my first never fit in newborn sized diapers. I am getting minimal but do suggest that you get at least one not all either a bouncer seat, or swing. I saved a ton of money by buying gently used baby clothes, swaddles, and burp cloths from people off of facebook marketplace. I have spent about 40 on clothes and such and I probably have about 25 sleepers, 25 outfits, 15 swaddles, 10 burp cloths plus other random clothes and that's just a guess I haven't gotten through it all yet. We didn't have a shower and bought whatever we could used to save money.

I’d look into (overall) multi purpose things. So you have paci wipes, I’d maybe look into wipes (like water wipes, or seventh generation) where they can be used for diaper changes and to wipe off things that go in baby’s mouth. Babies don’t ACTUALLY need a ton of “stuff” in general. 
Things we used especially in the beginning, diapers, wipes, zipper sleepers, a blanket, a crib, a swing, aquaphor, zarbees products, a few 4oz bottles, car seat. We’ve picked up things as we’ve gone along...but for the first month, I’d say that was really why we used for baby. Also, for bigger ticket items, if you don’t mind used and are on Facebook, check the marketplace and mom to mom pages. They’re a goldmine for baby things.

I used to buy diapers every time I went shopping and I bought up to size 5, if you can store them that is. I used a lot of blankets for the baby, and you’ll go through bibs/burp cloths like there’s no tomorrow. Maybe some bigger bottles, and some of the faster flow teats. A bottle steriliser? Breast pump if you think you might try, this doesn’t have to be expensive and I think some insurance plans cover the cost? (I’m not 100% sure, I’m English and still learning how it works here). Baby sling/carrier, this was a life saver for me, my baby would not be put down EVER. I could get nothing down and one day we both spent the whole day crying. She just wanted to be close and so I got a sling and carried her around all day. Again doesn’t need to be expensive, but make sure it’s comfortable. I didn’t get all that many toys, her fav was a bear that played music and you could press its hand and it’s feet and it’s heart - she still has it and she is now 3. Maybe a bouncer? Sun shield for car windows and a mirror so they can see you in the car. Bath thermometer, baby thermometer, nasal sucker and nail clippers, and scratch mittens. 
None of these are imperative, and none are super expensive, or at least they don’t need to be. Just things to think about.
