Too early?

I’m 13w with my second, and I almost definitely feel little flutters. It’s not too early is it?

People might tell you it is, but I definitely felt flutters with my second right around then.

I believe it’s totally possible! This is my first baby and I had very very faint flutters around 13 weeks. I thought i was crazy but then I started feeling actual kicks at 17/18 weeks. I can even feel them externally with my hand. 
Most people will tell you that you “usually don’t feel flutters/kicks” until 20-24 weeks but I really believe it depends on each individual woman and each pregnancy. 
Just yesterday my OB nurse told my mom you don’t usually feel kicks externally until 28 weeks, but I’m about to be 19 weeks tomorrow and am 99% sure I feel my baby kick with my hand from the outside.

Yep totally possible! Not everyone's experience is the same but I'm on my 2nd and felt him around 14/15 weeks and had HARD kicks at 19. I could feel them outside at 21 weeks.

Felt twiches / flutters around week 15. I'm a FTM and people thought I was crazy. He is a very active little boy and I knew my body very well.
