4th baby

Idk what prompted me to test but I did.. I'm nearly 4 weeks pregnant with our 4th child and in shock. I'm type 1 diabetic and that needs some work. I had dental work i wanted done next month. And our current youngest is special needs and we got a call friday that they want an ultrasound to make sure his cancer isn't coming back because his liver enzymes were high.. we kept saying we were nearly ready.. but I didnt expect it to happen I guess. Kids are 6, 3, almost 2. I want to be happy but everything we've dealt with with our youngest has me super nervous. And of course everyone has told us we dont need another child.
