Should I just get a FWB?

Every couple months I revisit the idea of getting a FWB and getting the whole "losing my virginity" thing over with...I turn 20 in two weeks and idk. I keep pushing it off because I live with family and we could never do anything at my place. I just got out of a relationship so I'm not looking for another at the moment. It's a little pathetic to say but I'm just looking to fill the void of loneliness (and to admittedly see what the hype is about). 
I'm well aware that's a shitty reason..

Don’t let loneliness or desperation be the reason that you settle for less than you deserve. That’s what masturbation is for, guaranteed orgasm without any awkward BS. But if he really want one, be safe, be smart, and be careful. Make sure you’re on birth control as well as using condoms as a back up just in case one fails. If you’re able to have sex without feelings without getting attached, then by all means, if you can’t then, I would not recommend it. But again it’s up to you.
