Periods after iud removal

Hello everyone, has anyone else had period issues after removing an iud? I had the liletta for not even a full 3 months due to having issues with it. I've had no birth control since and my first period after it was a week and a half after removal, now my period hasn't came, I have no insurance and each pregnancy test I've taken has came back negative. Has anyone else had this and it wasn't because they were pregnant?
