Skin condition. What is it??

For the past few years I have been struggling with this condition on my hands and wrists. I have been to doctors many times and every time they don’t bother saying anything else except that it’s exzema and give me creams that never help. They are starting to get really ugly and it’s making me so uncomfortable and insecure. If you know what this is and what’s best to treat it, PLEASE help me!? 🙏🏻

Looks like eczema, i have it too. The steroid creams they prescribe made my symptoms worse too so that might be why you feel nothing is working. I use Moogoo udder cream, it’s a moisturiser that reeeeeeally helped calm my skin down a whole lot. Try not to get into contact with any perfumes or antibacterial soaps it can really aggravate it.

Definitely looks like eczema, psoriasis doesn’t usually cause lesions that look like this. 
Unfortunately it’s just one of those things. My mum has seen many a dermatologist and doctor about it and has gone through so many different creams till she found one that worked. She’s now using a prescription steroid cream as nothing OTC works.

Oils! Coconut oil, emu oil, black castor, and olive oil! (Yes, the olive oil you cook with😩)😁 I’ve been through it all but this is the only solution that has helped me. Cut down on hot water and maybe get an allergy test done.
