Advice pleasseeee

Hi everyone !

So my waters went at 10:40 this morning and hospital confirmed it was my waters but I’m not having regular contractions yet😩 they’ve told me if I don’t having him today or tonight then I have to go back to hospital at 9am to be induced which I don’t really want to do!

So I’m looking for any advice which you ladies have done or heard people doing to help get them going regularly please?!

I’m already 3cm and been on my birthing ball all day and me and my boyfriend are about to go on a longish walk to the shop to get a few bits in!
