Makeup vs nose ring?

Does anyone have any tips on how to keep makeup from getting on your nose ring? It seems like no matter how careful I try to be it still gets on it. Removing it to do my makeup isn’t an option right now. When I try to clean it up after with a qtip it doesn’t really work. Sometimes I’ll avoid the area entirely, have a bare spot on my foundation, and STILL get makeup on it. I don’t understand. It breaks the laws of physics.😂

What I always did was take a piece of wet toilet paper and stick it on top of the hole. Kinda like when u cut with a razor on accident and the toilet paper sticks

Absolutely no tips. I just clean it off, if i accidentally get a little bit of makeup on my nose ring. Other than that, I kind of get as close as I can without getting it on my piercing.

Q tips! Just avoid it/clean it up as much as possible!

The only thing I could really think of is sticking one of those tiny circle bandaids over the top of it, or even a piece of tape cut to size, and then taking it off when you’re done
