Weekly check up

So I’m 38+3 weeks and went to my weekly check up today to see if I was dilating so when he checked me,😬😣ohhhh boy listen mind u I’m single didn’t have sex in 9 months so it’s very tight and closed and a first time mom so everything’s new to me, so when he stuck his two fingers up there i almost died , literally backing away from the doctor it hurt so bad and he on only stuck two fingers up there but it felt like his whole fist, I feel like he was moving my membranes around and out the way that I can start labor and I was having a lot of discharge so he said it was because I’m starting to lose my mucus plug I said okay and rolled my eyes I felt violated in so many ways 🙄😂 I’m was so mad he did what he did it hurt so bad but its gonna get worse before it gets better!! Please pray for me! And what can I use to stretch out my vagina more so when I do get checked again I won’t be in so much pain? Lease help
