Could this be it??!!

If you got implantation bleeding and it turns out you were pregnant, tell me what it was like please? I had some pink spotting, not in my underwear, just when I wiped. I figured my period was just starting early so i grabbed some tampons and put them in my purse before heading to work yesterday so I'd be prepared. But then it still hadn't started as of that evening and then the spotting stopped all together and it hasn't come back.

Now it is just some egg white cm. Has anyone else had this happen? What was the outcome? We've been trying for just over 2 years now with ovulation problems and a morphology factor.
