Really bad cramps
I started my period 3 days ago and today my cramps really started acting up
My stomach was hurting really bad and I felt really nauseous.
When I got home I went to the bathroom and threw up and pooped
I took a nap and I kept waking up to go puke
Is it normal for cramps to be this bad
