Need your help ladies 😫

Hi ladies I need some help!

Since yesterday I’ve had this weird feeling sort of like a urine infection just not so bad ( constant need to pee even when I’ve just been or even after I’ve been! Also a slight bit of blood today which comes and goes, very sore vainy breasts, lower back pain)

I’ve been to see my doctor and my urine is clear of infection but it has been sent to the lab for more test.

My question is could this be inplantation bleeding and cramps I’m not due to test for another 6 days the day my period is due ?
