Can ovulation or pregnancy cause a fever??

I am 5 or 6 days post ovulation.

I’ve had a fever since Monday of around 100.2

I went to urgent care today to be tested for the flu and they didn’t have flu tests (literally their one damn job), but the guy became obsessed with me saying there’s a chance I could be pregnant and he kept saying my temp was probably from ovulation or pregnancy.

Is this a thing?

I also have a cough and sore throat and congestion so I’m definitely sick...I think that guy was just an idiot but I thought I’d check your experiences
